We’re transforming a 1970s motel into a boutique travel experience inspired by the 1930s port city of Marseille France.

Each building will tell the unique story of a traveler, celebrating the diversity and camaraderie that travel brings among like-minded strangers, creating a truly Uncommon experience.

This project includes the renovation of 5 buildings, including the main hospitality buildings, a restaurant, and a pool house.
